My computer has an Intel i7-3630QM processor, however it does not allow me to place a video as wallpaper. What should I do?

Registration of videos to the virtual background must be carried out from the client application.
Please note that the registration will be deleted if the registered video file is moved or deleted, as only a link to the video will be registered in any of the virtual backgrounds.
