Waiting Room Video

Hi,

When customers see my Video I have uploaded in the waiting room it is always on Auto Mute. 

Can I turn off Waiting room video Automute?

Hey, @Hyp4u,

 

I think it's set to mute just so anyone that enters into the Waiting Room and clicks Play doesn't get automatically blasted with audio.  I get around this by putting a little arrow and text to the Unmute button on the video.
