Waiting Room Video Upload Failure

Hello - 

I've been trying to upload video to the Zoom Waiting Room for several weeks now, and have tried everything.  My video is the right type and the right size.  I can upload it, but when I click Save the system tells me "Video Upload Failed".  I have tried multiple different videos (all the right type and size).  I have the latest and updated version of Zoom.  I have logged out and back in.  I have turned off the Waiting Room and turned it back on (in conjunction with logging in and out).  Any other ideas?  Thanks!

Same Issue--tried multiple sized videos with different file names, to no avail. I previously had a waiting room video that works fine. Secondary problem--I cannot delete my original waiting room video to replace it with a newer, more relevant video.

same/similar issue some of the time (seemingly random) - I keep getting "Request failed with status code 451" when I try to upload many videos that meet the size and type requirements, but then other videos upload just fine. Help?

I'm sorry for the late response. The error code 451 is due to an unsupported file.
