Virtual backgrounds

I am using Windows 11 on a 2021 laptop. I enabled virtual backgrounds and selected one of the Zoom provided backgrounds (grass). When I get into a meeting and click the VIDEO icon it says Virtual Background but only shows blur or no blur. What should I do to get a virtual background? @JudyB1

Hey @JudyB1 welcome to the community! Was curious if you were still running into Virtual background issues? I would ensure to doublecheck whether or not your desktop meetings the Zoom Virtual Background system requirements.

 

I would also double check your Zoom web portal settings at https://zoom.us/profile/setting to ensure that you have virtual backgrounds enabled. 

 

It would also help if you could share a screenshot on the issue you're facing! 🙂
