My Win 10 64-bit PC got i5 750 (4-core) still can't use virtual background....why? Please help. 

I've checked meeting setting is correct. It just show that my device is not support virtual background.

You could try a clean removal/uninstall of Zoom Application and then reinstall it again. This is to ensure that any corrupted files/config on the application is all completely removed before reinstalling.

same problem after uninstallation and restart then installed 5.10.1 again....
