Hi @Saif7 I'm sorry to hear that virtual backgrounds haven't been working for you! Please doublecheck the specs for your phone against our Zoom Virtual Background system requirements and make sure that it meets the minimum requirements for Android. I would recommend checking the GPU specifically because it looks like some of the A21s phones may not meet the minimum requirements. I hope this helps!
