My screen freezes. The image of the instructor, not the participants, freezes.

Hey @rinaleh, may need a bit more info from you as to what steps thus far you've taken into troubleshooting. You can look into the Solution within the community 'Video freezing since recent update', to see if that helps. If not, please let me know! 🙂
