When I try to set a virtual background, the system says "your devise does not support virtual backgrounds." Can anyone tell me how to solve the problems

Here's a helpful link for the requirements in order for your system to support Virtual Backgrounds. More than likely your system doesn't meet the hardware minimums.

Hello,

Same issue and I meet all of the system requirements. Any help is appreciated however the article hasn't been useful for many of us unfortunately.
