Virtual Background No Longer Supported After System Update

Hi,

After a recent system update on my computer, Zoom now indicates that my device no longer supports the virtual background feature, which was working fine just yesterday. I am using a Microsoft Surface with the following processor details: Snapdragon(R) X 10-core X1P64100 @ 3.40 GHz 3.42 GHz.

According to the compatibility list provided, my device should support virtual backgrounds. Could you please help me identify what might have changed and how I can resolve this issue?

Mine is the same! Working yesterday, not today. So frustrating.

I have exactly the same Surface and exactly the same problem. I hope someone comes up with the solution or patch
