View button not showing on macs so can't switch to gallery

I have 80 plus people on zoom in breakout rooms.  Two people who worked fine yesterday are not able to find the view button today on their mac.  Their picture is smaller, almost like on a mobile.  They don't  know what to do and I don't have a mac
