Hello,

When I  join  a Zoom  meeting, VIEW GALLERY and other view options do not appear on my screen.  There are no such buttons or icons to click on.

i might add that I have the impression that my downloading of Zoom Client is not functional.

I am using an old Apple Macintosh that the local Apple store modernized it with recent updates.

Does this happen with any meeting?

It could be that you are joining a Zoom Webinar as an attendee, which would mean you would not be getting the typical Meeting controls

I am having the exact same issues. The problem appeared after my MacBook Air died (via a glass of water) and I started using a brand-new Mac Desktop. HELP!

I found out that my problem was that I was entering zoom via my brouser and no the app.  With the brouser (safari) I did no t enter the "full" version of zoom.

That was the problem with mine as well! Thanks for helping.

I tried going through the app on my iphone..... are you saying i should go through browser (safari) and get in that way to get full controls? I really need to see both of my patients at the same time.
