On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Participants by-passing waiting room

HI,

 I'm running an online summer camp and some participants are joining meetings by by-passing the waiting room.  My settings are set up to enable waiting room, no one can join before the host.  It's random, it's not always the same participants and everyone is using the same link to join the meetings/workshops.  

 

Help!

Would you mind sharing a sample Meeting ID with the date and time where this meeting occurred and the name or email address of the participant that bypassed the waiting room?

Hi @MJEquiron ,

One example happened on Friday July 29th, 3pm.  Meeting ID: 814 7154 7942 and One of the Campers who by-passed the waiting room was Hajar.
