This sounds like maybe your camera is trying to auto-focus, or auto-track.

 

What type of camera, computer or device do you have?

this happens to me too. Zoom camera increases ratio when I speak. How can I make it stop?

Go into your Video settings in Zoom and enable Original Ratio and HD

Ever since I upgraded, my image is distorted on my screen. The others at the meeting say my image is normal, but not on my screen.  How can this be fixed? I tried uninstalling then re-installing.
