I have turned off adblocker because my video display is a black screen. It didn't do anything and my video display is still a black screen. My laptop is Windows 11 (Lenovo).

My Lenovo laptop states this "Camera privacy mode is no longer supported through Lenovo Vantage. Please use your camera shutter if your device supports it."

Hello,

Did you try the video test: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362313

If that does not help, try the advanced troubleshooting tips:

  1. Make sure that all other programs that utilize the camera are not using the camera or are closed. This may include pre-installed camera applications, other video conferencing software, or websites utilizing your camera.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Uninstall the Zoom client and reinstall the latest version from our Download Center
  4. Visit your device's support and downloads page to update the camera driver:
  5. If not, please open a support ticket for further troubleshooting: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new

I have this same issue with my new Dell computer using Windows 10.  I've done all of things listed above multiple times, but my video screen is still black.  Any other suggestions?
