Him,

 

I am having an issue, when I go into a meeting and have my camera on, I see my camera light come on briefly then immediately go off.  My face does not show on the screen.  I have taken all the self help measures I can but it still will not work.  

I have even called Geek Squad and have shared my computer with them for a good amount of time , but it is still doing it.  I don't know what else to do and I am losing jobs.

Can you please help?

If all else fails, then I would recommend that you create a tech support case through this link so one of our tech engineers can further assist and investigate what's causing the issue with your video camera.

I've already used check a meeting.  However I need this fixed.  Even if I check it right before a meeting it can still not show my face later.  It's too unreliable for my jobs.

 

How much does it cost to get tech help?
