When sharing computer audio the participants hear a loud hissing sound. It does change with the sound/music being shared, but it is still mostly static. This is true with audio from a video, just amazon music, and even just system sounds. The system sounds end up sounding like an electric guitar but change in tone similar to the sound itself so this seems to be a bitrate/sampling problem or something.
Feel like I've tried everything. Similar issues can be found back to 2021 with the biggest solution back then to downgrade to 5.6 which is now too old and an upgrade is forced as soon as that version starts.
* I've disabled all audio enhancements in windows 11
* Tried 16 and 24 bits
* Removed dolby effects and realtek console
* confirmed I have the latest audio drivers
* tried both the mono and stereo options in zoom
* tried the different audio options in zoom (though most of those seem geared towards the mic)
* upgraded to the latest updates for windows 11
