Video Problem

My video comes on as black background with a white box with a line through it.  I didn't change anything and the computer did this on its own.  The camera is built into my laptop.  My drivers are updated.  My camera is not blocked.  The correct camera is selected.  I restarted Zoom and that didn't help.  This happened once before.  I couldn't figure out how to get my camera on.  It came on by itself after a few days.  Now a month later, it's happened again.

 

How can I solve this??
