has anyone used or is using the Vaddio EasyIP system with Zoom Room??
I can't get the cameras to PTZ when I select that camera source. I have several rooms with 2 cameras. Camera 1 is a AverMedia and it PTZ from the ZoomRoom control panel fine. The Vaddio EasyIP does not.
Anyone have is this Issue?? Maybe I'm missing something..
Here is the link of the Product I am using.

What kind of compute device are you using for the 'brain' of this room?
Generally speaking, Vaddio plays nice with Zoom Rooms.
However, you may need to enable and/or tweak USB Streaming settings in the EasyIP Mixer's UI.
They will look something like this:
You can also check USB stream status (and toggle it on/off) using the front panel of your hardware:
If you are receiving a video stream, but not PTZ, it is possible that this device has not yet been whitelisted. Again, Windows-based Zoom Rooms are less particular than Mac/Appliance, but still do not support PTZ on every single UVC device.
It is also worth checking to see if you're running the absolute latest firmware on your Vaddio device.

Windows systems. Thanks for the info. I will look at the GUI on camera and Mixer.
