I'm a studio musician. When I'm on Mac, the audio-output of Cubase can easily by routed to zoom by choosing the zoom driver within Cubase. On PC this doesn't work; the driver doesn't exist. Can you pleeeeease tell me how to resolve that problem? Steinberg says the problem is on zoom's side.

It’s definitely frustrating when platform limitations get in the way of creativity. While Cubase works seamlessly on Mac with Zoom, the lack of a similar driver on PC makes routing audio a challenge.
