Using a DAW with Zoom

I'm a studio musician. When I'm on Mac, the audio-output of Cubase can easily by routed to zoom by choosing the zoom driver within Cubase. On PC this doesn't work; the driver doesn't exist. Can you pleeeeease tell me how to resolve that problem? Steinberg says the problem is on zoom's side.

It’s definitely frustrating when platform limitations get in the way of creativity. While Cubase works seamlessly on Mac with Zoom, the lack of a similar driver on PC makes routing audio a challenge.

For PC users, I’d recommend checking out FL Studio as an alternative DAW. It offers incredible flexibility for audio routing on both Mac and Windows. Here’s why it could help:

  1. Cross-Platform Audio Support: FL Studio provides consistent routing capabilities on both Mac and PC, eliminating the compatibility gaps you're experiencing with Cubase on Windows.
  2. Virtual Audio Solutions: With FL Studio, you can easily integrate tools like VB-Audio Virtual Cable or ASIO4ALL to route audio directly to Zoom. These are fully supported and straightforward to set up.
  3. User-Friendly Routing: The FL Studio mixer makes configuring output channels a breeze, even for live streaming or video calls.
