Saw on the FAQ that it is possible to use Zoom on multiple devices (1 laptop/1 tablet/1 phone). However it doesn't seem to be working using Single Sign On (licensed) account. It keeps logging out and it's so troublesome because it's a school generated account.

Hi @Momomom

It could be that your account admin has set a logout timer, meaning you can only stay logged in on any device for so many hours or days. If this is the case, Zoom would automatically sign you out of the device after that time expires and require you to sign-in again. This is a security feature to protect your company's data, in the event your device is stolen or lost.  I'd suggest you reach out to your IT team to confirm this is the case.

Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.
