User cannot receive activation email

Hi, 
I have a problem with one of the users. 

I have added a new user, but the user is unable to receive an activation email from zoom in order to activate the account.  
The is no email from zoom in his inbox or spam.

Hey @700plusclub  please refer to the Knowledge Base Article on Not receiving emails from Zoom, please read over all details.

 

After you've checked IP addresses and spam filters, and confirm that users still aren't receiving activation emails, you can submit a request to Zoom Support to check if the email address is on a bounce list.
