I am unable to join a meeting without upgrading, but I can't get the upgrade to install on my iMac. I keep getting an error message.

Hi @clementc I suggest that you take a look at our Knowledge Base Article on Troubleshooting issues with Zoom update and installation. It contains helpful recommendations that can assist you in resolving the issue. Please give it a read and let me know if you're able to update Zoom.
