How do I unlink and old work email without adding my payment details?

Thanks Mark.  I don't have access to the work email address that is linked to my account, however the sign-in email is still my gmail which is correct.  I just want to remove the linked work email, and i am still unclear how to do that (without having to load payment details which I don't think should be a prerequisite).

I apologize for any confusion. Only the account owner or administrator of the Zoom account can unlink the email address. We recommend reaching out to them for assistance. You can find more information in this article.

The actual zoom account is mine, I am the administrator. But do you mean the owner of the work email address?

You will need to contact an account administrator or the owner of your Zoom organization who has the necessary privileges to unlink your account. If you are assigned the privilege to unlink an account, you can check out the steps below:
