I keep getting this message and I don't know what to do! This just started happening and i've tried deleting and re-installing the app and nothing has worked.

@Hashmat the error is indicating that your machine is having trouble connecting to the Zoom servers.  Can you please try clearing your browser cache and trying again?

I just tried that and it still didn't work!

Are you running through a proxy or VPN?

We will likely have to open a support ticket since I would not be able to investigate any issues through community.

I'm not running a vpn and i've disabled my proxy settings.

OK, we can get a support ticket opened so that someone can work directly with you to try to find the issue.

I sent in a ticket earlier I just hoping someone could respond on here, but thank you!

Unfortunately, the support site is not connected to the Community, but I have been told that your ticket has been picked up so hopefully you will hear something back soon.
