Unable to open configuration file?

Hey guys, I was trying to reinstall zoom but now it shows this message "Unable to open configuration file."

Hi Prashant, Hime-Tama here.

You can try right-clicking the zoom shortcut and clicking "open file location". keep that file explorer window open. Now search in your taskbar for "add  or remove programs", and it should bring you into settings. In that settings page, search for zoom and uninstall zoom, if possible. now check the file explorer window you opened earlier for any remaining files in the folder you opened, and delete those too. now reinstall zoom from the official zoom site, and run the installer. Make sure you have any and all traces of old versions of zoom deleted or uninstalled before running the installer.
