I Had zoom on my computer ,For some reason it uninstall .I have not been able to install back on my computer

Hi LomaxJr, Hime-Tama here.

 

If you are on windows, search for "add or remove programs" in your taskbar. It should bring you to a page in settings. Look for zoom. You are most likely unable to reinstall zoom because you already have an existing installation of zoom on your computer. If you find it, select it and then click uninstall, then follow the uninstall wizard. Install zoom again, and then make sure to have either "start menu" or "desktop shortcut" selected, if not both. 

 

If you are on Mac, I can't really help you there. Try searching "Zoom" in spotlight and see if it turns up any local files. If you see it, there's your Zoom.
