On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Unable to contact support

HI. When I'm truinng to contact to support using Zoom robot in the right hand cornner, after some automatic messages from him, I get "Your account can't contact support. Contact you administator". But my account is an "Owner" role. Also the same problem using another account with "Administrator" role. How to resolve the problem ?

This solution is not accurate.  I cannot find how to submit a web ticket.  The chatbot is completely useless and doesn't "know" what a web ticket is, even though it's written on the same page I'm using the chatbot from!  And yes I'm on the PRO plan.

Do get support when I have an issue I have to pay?!!

Maybe its time to find an other provider
