Transcript for an existing cloud recording after transcripts are turned on

Hello, I have an existing zoom pro billing plan, we had a zoom meeting last night and the recording is stored in the zoom cloud.

I have now just enabled the transcript option in our account settings, is there any way to force the cloud recording to have a transcript generated for it?
