Two enhancement suggestions

Zoom is such an excellent tool for organizational governance meetings; the specific needs of such meetings should be supported.

1. The host and co-hosts of the meeting are likely to be officers in the organizational governance system and eligible to vote in bylaw amendments. Hosts should not be barred from voting in polls.

2. For the sake of preparing minutes afterward, it would be so helpful if the meeting recording or metadata included the attendance number (proving the quorom). Attendance can be seen live during the meeting, but if the secretary forgets to jot it down, the information is lost.

Bonus suggestion: The live transcript is so helpful for preparing meeting notes. Instead of treating it exclusively as an accessibility aide, the live transcript should be as automatic as a meeting recording. Dismissing the transcript should take an extra step instead of having to hunt around to invoke it.

For the first item the best thing is make a the co-host an ordinary participant if possible. For the second item it sounds like you want to automate attendance to be able to establish a quorum for a given meeting. There is a Zoom app, Salepager, that can include the attendance number in the meeting metadata by default to let you note quorum.
