Title: "Can double_click_to_convert_01 File Include Speaker Video View?"

I recorded a Zoom meeting, but the exported MP4 file does not include the speaker's video or participant views. However, the recording folder includes a file named double_click_to_convert_01. I suspect this file might contain speaker video perspectives or other view options.

Here is the file list in my recording folder:

  • audio1264568021.m4a
  • video1264568021.mp4
  • video1264568021.vtt
  • double_click_to_convert_01
  • double_click_to_convert_02
  • closed_caption.txt
  • chat.txt
  • recording.conf
  • zoomver.tag

My questions are:

  1. Does double_click_to_convert_01 contain video recordings of participants or speaker views?
  2. How can I convert or use this file to check if it includes the speaker's video?
  3. If this file does not include speaker views, is there any way to retrieve that perspective from the current recording files?

I would appreciate step-by-step guidance or advice on how to retrieve the speaker's video. Thank you!

@kaikai2024 - When you record locally, it only records what you are seeing on your screen, so if you were not viewing the other views, it would not record them.  It is only when you record to the cloud that you are able to record to multiple formats simultaneously based on your settings.  And as an FYI, the "double click to convert" files are because Zoom initially records video in a different format, and if that fails to convert to MP4 after the meeting ends, those are there to manually covert them.
