The zoom app says filters diabled

There is a link to go to the admin page, but no indication of where or how I can turn on filters/enable them.  The settings have them as on. 

Meeting > In Meeting (Advanced) 

Video filters

Turn this option on to allow users to apply filters to their videos  (it's on)
 
So why are they disabled in my settings for "background and effects"?

It seems as though all of the settings are for if you are hosting a meeting

Hi @johnjayr can you please share a screenshot of the issue you are facing when attempting to enabling the custom video filters video feature? 

 

When enabling this feature for users on the account, you need to enable this at the Account level at https://zoom.us/account/setting

 

For individual user settings, changing that at the account level will default as enabled for individual user settings https://zoom.us/profile/setting

 

Which, you will also need to meet the technical requirements for Video filters feature
