Text exchange from strangers during my Zoom sessions

Is my Zoom hacked? While I am having a Zoom session with my client I see text exchange even though my client and I are the only people on the Zoom. Thumbs up come up constantly in the middle of my screen. Looks like someone else is using my account!

@Mahipilates, it sounds like one of you might have gesture recognition turned on. To turn it off, go into your client settings, and under reactions, uncheck the "recognize hand gestures" box.
