Teams meeting in Zoom room - poor video quality - lock up

hello all,

When i use the Teams meeting in the Zoom room, it connects fine with meeting id and password. But the video qaulity is poor, and the it would lock up within 10 minutes or so. But the audio is good. The video would lock up on both ends of the meeting. I have updated/upgraded the Zoom app but to no success. Zoom escalated support is no assistance as i have send the activity log and pictures. Basically their answer was it was a MS soft issue and would fix it by end of June. Still nothing.

Anyone else seen this issue. Thanks in advance.

I had the same issue when leveraging the web client built into the Zoom Room (android based). I’ve given up and pursued Pexip SIP CVI for Teams because the experience was so terrible. 

Now I’ve got an issue of no inbound audio to the ZR from MS Teams meeting participants while using the Pexip SIP interop for Zoom Rooms integration. Outbound/inbound video is superb and ZR outbound audio, perfect.

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

Is 6.1.1 in full production release? I oversee a ZoomGov site and only have 6.0.6 version offering (which I already have deployed across my ZR environment).

Same here. I only see 6.06 version and no 6.1.1 available.
