Hi everyone,
I teach Tai Chi online every week on my laptop. This week zoom wouldn't open and it said i needed version 5.3.0 or later to work. I looked at the zoom site and the latest version on there that was available seemed to be 5.111.
I am confused! Is this the latest version (5.111?) - and the best one to download?
I asked zoom but the answer didn't seem helpful - she said to contact my IT department but I am self employed so I am my IT department!!! Please help, i need to get it working quickly. I use microsoft Edge as a browser.
Luckily it did work on my phone but it's not the same as teaching on a laptop.
kind thanks, ann

Hi, @annbee,
Yes, looks like you have a very old version of Zoom, and should be updated.
FYI, Zoom version numbers are typically in 3 parts, separated by periods. The current version (as of today, 8/13/2022) for the Windows client was released July 25, and is listed as 5.11.4.
Updates are usually easy to do. If you have a desktop client, look for the Update item in the menu (click in your profile picture).
