Earlier I had a switch option on my account where in i cud switch from my laptop to mobile and vice versa during a current meeting.. that option disappeared after i upgraded my device.. how can i restore it back

please make sure that you have the latest version of the clients and apps installed on your devices. please also observe the limitations and follow the instructions in the support article.

Am also having the issue of missing the switch button, whereas I had it in the past. Apps on mobile and desktop are up to date, not sure what's different

The option to switch devices between computer to mobile has also disappeared for me. I have the most up to date versions of the available software on my devices.
