Hello,
I'm teaching an online class and noticed in the last two weeks that my face gets staticky with a green color, intermittently, during the class. Luckily it doesn't last long and when I click on the box where my picture is, it seems to correct itself. I'd like to figure out how to avoid having this happen. I reinstalled zoom and checked my computer speed. Tried to email Zoom support and that didn't help. Maybe it isn't a zoom issue, but a location issue? Has anyone seen this? I'm not very techie so if you have any ideas, I'd greatly appreciate a "walk-through." Thank you. LB
