Sound Volume Differences

I'm using iPad for zoom meeting

and I realize that when I open the zoom meeting and music player in a same time, the volume is decrease

also same when I start screen sharing then open music player

before open zoom, the volume is loud

but when already open a zoom meeting, the volume is decrease
already try to use speaker, but it's also same, the volume is too low

then, when I close the zoom meeting, it's back to normal ( loud again )

Hi, @ZWSJ,

 

 The situation you describe is normal, and actually controlled by the operating system. It’s called “ducking”, and used by the operating system to prioritize the sound it thinks you will want to hear the most — that of a meeting in progress. Similar action occurs when you’re on a phone call. 

Depending on your device and operating system, you may be able to control the extent of the audio ducking. Check your operating system’s online help for more information.
