Outlook Calander zoom meetings not showing on the zoom software (some of them). Also, the user states that unknown meetings are showing on her zoom app. I updated the zoom app, and I signed the user out and had the user log back in, but nothing solved the problem. I did see an article that you have to check in the sync setting but i did not find it on the app, so i don't know if the sync setting is on or not. If any of you can show me the steps on how to check if the sync is working and what other troubleshooting steps are available. I would highly appreciate it.

you will find the Outlook Integration in Settings -> General -> Integrate with Outlook.
