Simultaneous one-on-one Meetings

Hi Everyone,

For a one-time event, I need to organize several simultaneous meetings (15 minutes each) between buyers and sellers. (We, the organizers, can’t be present at those meetings.)

I understand that we should upgrade our account to a Pro Account and invite each of the buyers as Licensed Users, so each of them can have their schedule of meetings.

Would you happen to know if this is correct?

Do you know if there is a limit of Licensed users that can be invited?

Do you know if there is a cost for each Licensed user invited?

Do you know if I can create the links for the buyers? (We can’t ask them to do it)

Hey @Guillermo77 suggest looking into the KB on Managing scheduling privileges and alternative hosts. For your role without being present at the meeting suggest looking further into the prerequisites of scheduling privileges.
