Hello, please can you help
I have just bought a new Asus Vivobook S15, running Windows 11 and using Realtec
In a meeting when i share music via spotify the participants can not hear the music.
I have the following..
All my Zoom settings are correct.
Updated the Audio drivers
I've switched the AI sound cancellation off in my Asus settings (a solution i found in the Asus boards)
I've tried using the zoom browser rather than the App
Confusingly it worked once last week...
Look very forward to any suggestions, this is vital for my work
Thank you

Hi RV12,
That does sound frustratingāespecially since it worked once before! You've already tried all the right things, so hereās one more suggestion: when sharing your screen on Zoom, make sure to check the box that says "Share sound" at the bottom-left of the screen share window. This is often missed and is essential for sharing Spotify audio. Also, try selecting āStereo (High fidelity)ā under Zoom > Audio Settings > Music and Professional Audio. If none of this helps, test it with a wired headset or external speakerāsometimes Realtek drivers and Bluetooth donāt play nicely together when streaming multiple audio sources.
Hope this helps, and fingers crossed it becomes consistent again soon!
