Our organization's board has a licensed account using a GMail credential, which we share. We would like anyone on the board (~5 people) to be able to create and host meetings.
We find that Zoom finds this suspicious and sends a key to the GMail account. The board has access to the GMail account, but then that requires a code sent to the phone associated with the account. This is problematic.
I think this issue is a combination of Zoom and GMail security. Is there a way we can share responsibility for this paid account?
Thank you very much in advance!
