No Zoom settings like video etc are appearing.

i click on the gear icon or profile pic and no setting window opens.

i have a paid account. 

have tried on PC and on tablet.

Have signed in and out.

@RichCPA for video and audio settings, you can access them by starting a meeting and they will be at the bottom of the screen.  You can also go to https://zoom.us and sign in to your account, and there will be settings you can change for meetings, recording and anything else you are licensed for.
