See participants while recording, BUT only record host & screen sharing

I want to record my meetings while keeping my client's privacy intact (no recordings of them, voice only).  

 

I need to see my clients during my recorded meetings WITHOUT recording their video, only their audio. 

 

The recording would have me, the host, visible (AND any screen sharing in same recording as host) - while only recording the client's voice on the recording.

 

BUT during the meeting I NEED to see my clients the whole time!

 

What is the best way to set this up?
