Screen sharing stopped when PowerPoint slide is moved to 'slide show'

Hi - I'm sharing a PowerPoint presentation. It's fine when I start sharing the screen. However, when I click to 'slide show' (i.e. just looking at the slide) the sharing stops with the  message ''screen sharing has stopped as the shared window is closed'. Any thoughts please?

Welcome to the forum. Depending on your setup, when you start a slideshow, you can open a new window, which is different to the one Zoom was sharing. It is better to start the slideshow, and then you can share the right window.

Try that and see if it works.
