Hi everyone, I am tutor using Zoom client on my PC. A new student joined my class this week using iPad. Usually my students use Share Screen function to enable me to see what they are doing, but they use a laptop or PC. This new student was unable to Screen Share (find content to share). The student uses an App on the iPad to run a program I am teaching but was unable to share the relevant app on the screen. Can you please advise.

Hey @TypingTutor60, interesting! As they should be able to...
As the host, you do have the following options to disable participants' ability to share their screen, or for Basic accounts, screen sharing is set to Only Host by default - you can check that here.
Also, I would double-check with your student if the iPad is running the latest version of Zoom and the iPad is running iOS: 11 or higher. You can look further into Sharing your Screen KB article for more info on iOS devices. Hope this helps 😀
