Schedule a meeting using someone else's ID so I can host his meetings when needed

I want to schedule a meeting using another person's ID (He has paid for me to co-host on his account) so that I can host his meetings as needed.  I want to be able to send invitations, start and end the meeting on my PC using his meeting ID and my user name and password.
