On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Apparently I can't get a live person to help. My personal and work meetings SAVED are now missing and I NEED HELP. Does anyone have any suggestions to get help? Those videos include my father, who has passed away and I MUST get them back!!!

@isaatisa - Are you missing meetings or recordings? I am assuming that you are talking about your recordings, since you are referencing a video of your dad. Please verify you still have a license associated to your account as the recordings are only allowed for licensed users. If you remove a license from your user account, the recordings are saved for 30 days in the trash and can be recovered if you reassign the license to the user. If you do not reassign the license to the user, the recordings are permanently deleted.
