Hello, this is Zewdu , an administer of community school in Ethiopia, we are using zoom for educational purpose only. Meanwhile Zoom restricted us only 40 minutes. How can you lift the restriction for the above purpose? Can you share me Zoom lifting restrictions application form by A school administrator ?

Hi Zewdu,

In order to remove the 40 minute limit, you will need to purchase Zoom Pro account licenses for your account. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/5809097508109-Basic-user-meeting-duration-changes#:~:text=....
