Reports: registration and use report are without names, only with an asterisk.

I need help to understand what happenend with report zoom meeting.

 

I took the usage report and registration report to do a list of participants but when I donwload the file, in the local name and email appear only asterisk.

 

I need this report to send for my client with all the people that enter on the meeting.

 

Someone can help me.?

This typically happens for healthcare related accounts that have enabled HIPAA compliance. Is your account set up as a healthcare account?

Yes that happens to my account and i do have a healthcare account.
